Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Studio Visibility. By creating an account or subscribing you accept them. If you have questions, write to info@ideadigital.nl.

1. Who provides the service

Studio Visibility is provided by IDEA I B.V., based in Heerhugowaard (the Netherlands). In these terms, “we” is IDEA I B.V. and “you” is the person or company using the service.

2. What the service is

We measure whether AI assistants cite your website when answering your customers' questions, run a technical audit of your site and, if you connect it, show you your Google data. The information is indicative.

3. Your account

You must give truthful details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens with your account. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that use the service abusively or against these terms.

4. Price and payment

The price is the one on the subscription page, VAT included. It is charged monthly in advance through Mollie and renews automatically until you cancel. If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead and you can cancel before it applies. Inside the EU the price includes VAT; outside the EU it is charged without VAT.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time on the Billing page. Billing stops and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund a period that has started, except where the law requires it.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from signing up to withdraw by writing to info@ideadigital.nl. If you have already used the service in that time, you pay the proportionate part of what you used.

7. Usage limits

The plan includes a number of domains, questions per domain and manual measurements per month, shown on the site. Every answer from an assistant with web search has a cost, which is why these limits exist. You may not use the service to overload other people's sites or to get around the limits.

8. Results

AI assistants' answers change from day to day and may differ from what you see in their apps, because we measure through their developer interfaces. We do not guarantee that you will be cited, any position, or any business result.

9. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. It depends on third parties (hosting, payments, AI assistants and Google) that may fail or change.

10. Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and where the law does not allow a limit.

11. Personal data

We process your data as the privacy policy explains.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects you significantly, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead.

13. Governing law

Dutch law applies. The courts of Noord-Holland (the Netherlands) are competent, without prejudice to the rights that mandatory law gives you as a consumer in your country.
