Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as checking the answer in the ChatGPT app?
Not exactly. We measure through each assistant's API with web search, which can differ from the app, and the same question changes from week to week. That is why we look at the trend, not an exact position.
Do I have to connect my Google account?
Not to measure citations or for the audit. Only if you also want to see your Search Console and Analytics data.
What happens if I cancel?
Billing stops and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
